Event Terms and Conditions
The designated event period is from 12:00 PM on November 22, 2025 to 8:00 PM on November 23, 2025 (Hong Kong Time). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted. The organizer will not be responsible for any delays, losses, errors, or unrecognizable data caused by computer, network, or technical issues. All submission dates and times are based on the organizer's system records.
If any participant is found impersonating another person, the organizer ("Grade10 Events Limited") reserves the right to disqualify that participant.
Participants must complete the following steps during the event period for their entry to be valid:
a. Fill in their personal information and answer all mandatory questions listed in the event questionnaire; and
b. Correctly guess the number of "Pikachu with Grey Felt Hat" PSA 10 cards displayed on the giant card wall at the venue.From all participants who have successfully completed the items in Question 6, the organizer will select the participant with the best answer to Question 7 to receive one "Pikachu with Grey Felt Hat" PSA 10 card. Two additional participants with outstanding answers will each receive one "Pikachu with Grey Felt Hat" sealed card.
If the event is disrupted or affected by factors beyond the organizer's control —including but not limited to computer viruses, unauthorized tampering, fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances—the organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants and/or cancel, terminate, amend, or suspend the event without prior notice.
The organizer reserves the right to revise, suspend, or cancel the event, or to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
All individuals involved in organizing this event are not eligible to participate to ensure fairness.
Winner Announcement and Prize Collection
The organizer will notify the winner via WhatsApp or phone call using the number provided, on or before November 28, 2025. If the winner fails to reply within the specified time or provides incorrect or false information, their eligibility will be forfeited without further notice, and another winner may be selected.
The winner must collect the prize in person at the designated location within the specified period after receiving notification; late collection will not be accepted.
The organizer's computer records will serve as the sole reference for winner announcements and all dates and times related to this event. Participants may not dispute the judging results.
Each participant may enter the event only once and is eligible to win one prize only.
Under no circumstances may prizes be exchanged, returned, converted into cash, or substituted for other products, services, or offers. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event procedures, terms, and conditions without prior notice.
The organizer reserves the final right of decision regarding participant eligibility, prize eligibility, and the list of winners.
